At Renewal by Andersen of Greater San Diego, we take pride in delivering a personalized and high-quality experience to our prospective customers. We are actively seeking a motivated and organized RSVP Coordinator to support our non-traditional marketing efforts, focusing on the RSVP Events Market.
This role plays a key part in identifying new event opportunities, coordinating with restaurant partners, planning campaigns, and serving as the main point of contact for guests. You’ll work closely with our RSVP Supervisor, the broader Marketing team, and vendors across the San Diego and Portland metro area.   • Responsibilities
  • Event Coordination: Research and secure restaurant venues that match our target demographic and brand image in both Portland, Oregon and San Diego, California.
  •  Customer Outreach: Confirm attendance with customers prior to events and act as their main point of contact.
  •  Budget Management: Work within allocated budgets while maintaining high-quality event standards.
  •  Campaign Planning: Coordinate with the marketing team to support direct mail and digital campaigns.
  •  Reporting: Track event performance and share results for leadership reporting.
  •  Administrative Support: Assist with proofing, scheduling, and event documentation as needed. Provide on-site support for events in the San Diego market and remote coordination support for events in the Portland market. 


  • Qualifications
  • Experience: 2+ years in customer service or sales; 3+ years of administrative experience.
  • Technology Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact professionally with customers and partners.
  • Organization: High attention to detail and strong time management skills.


  • Preferred:
  • Prior experience in event planning, marketing, or canvassing roles.


  • Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to lift and transport event materials weighing up to 25 lbs.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a computer.
  • Must be comfortable standing and walking for long durations during events.
  • Frequent use of hands for typing, mouse navigation, and other tasks requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.
  • Regular use of standard office equipment, including computers and phones.
  • Ability to work to in environments with moderate noise levels (office setting) and high noise levels (events).
