The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills and a strong attention to detail, allowing for efficient management of office functions. In this role, you will be responsible for tasks such as answering phones, handling correspondence, maintaining files, and performing basic data entry tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence including emails and phone calls.
- Maintain and organize filing systems for easy access to information.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and in a timely manner.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for staff.
- Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Handle office supplies inventory and reorder supplies when necessary.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as an office clerk or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
