RideNow Powersports, a recognized leader in the powersports industry, is seeking a high-performing, strategic, and driven General Sales Manager in Ft. Worth to take charge of sales operations in our dealership. This is a critical leadership position for an experienced professional who excels in leading teams, scaling performance, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide strong leadership to a team of sales professionals—coaching, mentoring, and holding the team accountable to performance metrics and sales targets.
- Implement data-driven sales strategies to consistently drive growth in unit volume, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage the entire sales lifecycle from lead generation to final delivery, ensuring an exceptional customer experience at every step.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop top sales talent with a focus on performance, product knowledge, and dealership standards.
- Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels and vehicle merchandising in coordination with purchasing and operations.
- Actively manage the sales pipeline and CRM to ensure follow-up, lead conversion, and timely deal closures.
- Serve as the escalation point for customer issues, ensuring fast and fair resolution that protects the brand and the dealership.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the Service and Parts departments to drive overall dealership success.
- Stay current on industry trends, OEM programs, product updates, and competitive activity.
