We work as one international team, sharing knowledge and collaborating across countries, businesses and products.

Now we are looking for an experienced Import Analyst in Brazil who will be responsible for liaising with logistics service providers and customs clearance, assisting KAMs with declarations (NCM codes), and preparing transportation documents.


Responsibilities

  • Consulting sales department on logistics and customs matters
  • Assistance with logistics and customs cost calculations
  • NCM codes classification
  • Preparation of documents for importing goods into Brazil from other countries
  • Negotiating contracts with carriers, forwarders, customs brokers and etc


Requirements

  • Over 3 years of experience in logistics and/or customs brokers service companies on the same position
  • Knowledge of NCM codes classification
  • Experience with MS Office namely with Excel and Macros
  • Good communication skills
  • Fluent English
