In our Viladecavalls headquarters, we are looking for a Human Resources Trainee to join our team and gain a comprehensive insight into the HR function.
This internship offers the opportunity to support both the Talent Development area – specifically in Training – and Labour Relations, collaborating across different HR functions to gain a global vision of the department.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Students currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Advanced English level.
- Good communication skills.
- Willing to gain a global vision about Human Resources.
- Eager and motivated to work in a dynamic environment such as the automotive industry.
