The Opportunity
We’re looking for an Inventory Associate to join our Supply Chain team in Salmon Arm. You’ll play a key role in keeping our warehouse operations running smoothly and efficiently, ensuring that the right parts are in the right place at the right time. This is a hands-on role that supports our production, engineering, and logistics teams as we scale up robot shipments around the world.
What You’ll Do
- Receive, inspect, and accurately log incoming parts and materials
- Pick and kit parts for production builds
- Support inventory cycle counts and full physical counts
- Coordinate with purchasing and logistics to resolve discrepancies and delays
- Prepare parts for outbound shipments, including packaging and labelling

- Inventory is accurate, traceable, and easy to access
- Production and R&D teams receive the right parts on time, every time
- Warehouse processes are efficient, documented, and continuously improving
- You communicate clearly and work well with cross-functional teams
- You take ownership of your work and bring a positive, can-do attitude
What You Bring
- 1-3 years of experience in inventory, warehousing, or logistics (manufacturing environment preferred)
- Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite experience is a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs and operate pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Comfort with technology-scanners, spreadsheets, and digital tools
- Team-first attitude and strong communication skills
