Position Summary

We are currently seeking Experienced Welding Inspectors / QC Inspectors with CWB Level 1 or Level 2 certification and proven experience working with Enbridge specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) stages.
• Conduct pipe spool fabrication inspections.
• Read and interpret piping isometrics, general arrangements (GAs), and P&IDs.
• Apply knowledge of ASME, ABSA, and CSA codes and standards.
• Perform material receiving inspections and verification.
• Maintain welder qualification records.
• Monitor welding processes and perform final weld visual inspections.
• Verify Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) completion before piping release for hydro testing.
• Witness hydrostatic testing and torque verification.
• Perform final piping reinstatement inspections.
• Conduct flange face inspections and assist with hydro test package development.
• Review and complete turnover binders.
• Interpret and verify weld maps and as-built drawings.

Requirements

• CWB Level 1 or Level 2 Certification with relevant Enbridge specification experience
• Strong knowledge of quality inspection procedures, tools, and equipment
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in MS Office and general computer skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to perform under deadline-driven conditions
