- Help craft and drive the go-to-market strategy for the entire Portable Energy product line across geographies.
- Develop and support integrated marketing campaigns designed to drive qualified demand and achieve revenue goals.
- Manage and optimize ongoing email campaigns, customizing messaging for targeted and segmented audiences.
- Develop and manage an influencer marketing program to build brand advocacy and reach new audiences.
- Create a strategic roadmap for website and social media improvements to continuously optimize the online customer journey.
- Create and maintain marketing dashboards to regularly track campaign performance, channel effectiveness, and business KPIs.
- Run customer and market analytics to uncover insights that optimize the marketing funnel and directly contribute to sales growth.
- Conduct regular and in-depth competition scans, analysing competitor products and marketing strategies to provide actionable insights for future product upgrades.
- Be obsessed with our customers – know who they are, understand their needs and pain points, and why they choose certain products over others.
- Own and create technical and marketing product documentation for external audiences, including datasheets, user guides, and web content.
- Collaborate with the cross-functional design team on product packaging design, ensuring it aligns with our brand and delights customers.
- Develop compelling product value propositions and a full suite of sales enablement tools to improve sales effectiveness.
- Must have: Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business.
- Preferred: An undergraduate degree in electrical / electronics engineering is a strong plus. MBA from a premier institution is preferred. GPA of 7 & above.
- Assistant Manager- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing working across one or more marketing fields (i.e. growth, product marketing, brand marketing, social). 5 years of experience in developing global marketing programs with global stakeholders will be preferred.
- Associate Manager- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing working across one or more marketing fields (i.e. growth, product marketing, brand marketing, social). 8 years of experience in developing global marketing programs with global stakeholders will be preferred.
- Experience preferably with hardware products or in the consumer electronics, power tools, or renewable energy industry. Experience with B2C products will be a strong preference.
- Demonstrated experience in developing marketing campaigns, creating sales and marketing collateral, and analysing performance data to influence business outcomes.
- Core skills: Product marketing, go-to-market planning, project management, stellar oral/written communication skills, and data analysis.
- Preferred skills: Digital marketing strategy (including social media and influencer programs).
- Marketing tools: Proficiency in marketing automation platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
- Design & productivity tools: Experience with Figma for collaborating on design mockups; advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills are essential.
- Analytics tools: Experience with analytics and business intelligence platforms like Incorta is a strong plus.
- AI in marketing: Expertise in leveraging AI tools to automate/ease repetitive marketing tasks would be a significant advantage.
- Basic finance understanding.
- This role requires a self-starter who can thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- An entrepreneurial mindset, hands-on attitude, and the ability to manage uncertainty are key.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- The role is based in Bangalore, India, and requires working from the office at least three days a week. Eventually, it can be made mandatory all days as per change in company policy.
- You will be required to attend some meetings in the early mornings or late evenings to align with cross-geo teams.
