We’re looking for a (Senior) ML Backend Engineer to join our AI & Analytics team. You will work closely with data scientists, data engineers and analysts to build scalable backend services that power our automation and analytics solutions.
Your Mission
Design, build, and operate backend services for our ML/AI solutions in an event-drivenarchitecture (EDA/ECST).
Take ownership of projectsand align technical integrations and infrastructure across teams, driving continuous improvement and reliability.
Contribute to evolving our data platformthrough integration with existing systems and adoption of new technologies.
Collaborate with your team to define and uphold software engineering best practices andmaintain high code quality.
Share your knowledge across your team and the product development unit to positively impact all software engineers.
Work closely with product managers and cross-functional teams to ensure that solutions meet stakeholder requirements.
Your Skills
You have a degree in computer science, data science, or a related field.
You bring solid expertise in backend, ML, or data engineering, with experience building and maintaining production systems. While numbers aren’t everything, this level of skill typically comes with at least 3 years of professional experience in high-impact projects.
You are proficient in Python – our primary language for backend services. Experience with SQL is a plus.
You have hands-on experience building data pipelines and deploying ML models and integrating LLMs.
You are comfortable working with cloud platforms. We use Azure and AWS.
