From Bean to Cup - You´re the Quality Expert:

At InterAmerican Coffee, everything revolves around quality, diversity and a deep passion for coffee. As part of our Quality-Team, you'll become the go-to expert for green coffee and sensory excellence – from evaluation to customer collaboration.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Classification and evaluation of green coffee

• Development of customized coffee blends

• Leading cuppings and customer coffee events

• Occasional trips to origin, coffee fairs and events

• Close collaboration with our trading team and customers

What Makes You A Great Fit:

There’s no single path that leads to this role — and that’s exactly what makes it exciting.

You might come from a background in coffee, gastronomy, food science or quality assurance. You might bring experience from logistics, trading or customer service. Or perhaps you’ve developed your expertise in a completely different setting - but with a sharp eye for quality.
