Showforce are looking to add a booking and scheduling coordinator on a fixed term contract for the 2025 events season.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Liaise with Account management team to understand booking requirements for each event
- Booking event crew onto shifts using the CRM, liaise with Operation manager, Crew managers for suggestions.
- Building relationships with new and existing event crew, to understand their strength and weakness.
- Book the event crew based on logistics, availability and depending on the Crew chief feedback reports.
- Keeping event crew updated on any shift changes and ensure everyone has got the shift details before end of the day.
- Ensure that crew are aware of their schedules in advance and address any conflicts or issues promptly.
- Provide solutions to accommodate last-minute changes.
- Ensure the jobs are updated in CRM, well maintained.
Requirements
Requirements -
- Previous experience in Admin/booking and scheduling role (Preferable)
- Experience using a CRM system(Preferable)
- Confident and professional phone manner.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Good knowledge of Logistics in London
- Punctual and reliable
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Flexible approach, with willingness to work out of hours and weekends on call (Rota basis)
