Who are you

As a Partner Solution Architect, you'll be instrumental in driving the success of our Ecosystem Marketplace, coordinating partner-related projects from inception to completion. You'll be the linchpin in optimizing our operational processes, ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of our products and services.

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and completion of various small to large projects, meticulously tracking progress and identifying potential risks. 
  • Implement effective mitigation strategies to keep projects on track and collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals within budget and deadlines.
  • Streamline and enhance operational processes, collaborating across departments to identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions that boost efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure strict adherence to organizational policies and procedures, maintaining a high standard of operational excellence.
  • Facilitate clear and effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and external partners, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
  • Provide regular and transparent project updates to all relevant stakeholders, keeping everyone informed and aligned.
  • Collect and analyze critical data to measure project and operational performance, preparing insightful reports and presenting findings to management to drive continuous improvement.

  • 5+ years of professional experience with API implementations, coupled with proven experience in end-to-end project coordination or operations management, ideally within the Banking, Fintech, and/or Financial Services sector.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall & Agile) and practical knowledge of process improvement methodologies.
  • Demonstrated experience in a client-facing role, showcasing excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A proactive and self-motivated team player who exhibits strong collaboration, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • A detail-oriented approach with a focus on quality, coupled with an analytical mindset and the ability to effectively solve complex problems.
  • The ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
