Customer Service Representative
Looking to add a Veterinary Assistant/Receptionist into a busy 3 Doctor practice.
Previous veterinary experience required. Looking to add a positive thinking individual capable of wearing many hats.
The ideal candidate will :
-Be able to answer multi-phone line
-Set appointments
-Multitasker
-Actively support veterinarians and other staff in daily patient and client care.
-Be an active listener, paying close attention to details.
-Observe the behavior and conditions of animals.
-Actively demonstrate dependability and importance of work to clients, supervisor, and other employees.
--Participate in cross-training and willing to work in all areas of the hospital.
-Easily adapt to situations that arise such as emergencies, taking initiative, dealing with high volume on the phone as well as in person.
REQUIREMENTS:
-Veterinary experience, please do not apply if you do not have experience.
-This position is not remote, must be able to work on-site.
