We are seeking a motivated and capable IT Project Manager to lead and deliver complex technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a balance of strategic thinking, operational discipline, and strong interpersonal skills. This role requires someone who thrives in dynamic environments, communicates with clarity and purpose, and builds collaborative, high-performing teams across functions and geographies.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

  • Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria in alignment with business goals.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Monitor project progress, manage risks and dependencies, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Lead project teams with empathy and purpose, maintaining accountability while fostering collaboration.

Stakeholder & Communication Management

  • Proactively engage with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment, transparency, and shared expectations.
  • Customize communications for diverse audiences, including executive sponsors, end users, and cross-functional teams.
  • Navigate differing opinions and resolve conflicts constructively and diplomatically.

Team Leadership & Influence

  • Motivate and guide team members by building a sense of ownership and shared success.
  • Support personal growth and team cohesion, celebrating milestones and contributions.
  • Drive engagement by connecting projects to strategic business outcomes.

Governance & Quality

  • Ensure adherence to established governance practices and compliance requirements.
  • Facilitate lessons learned sessions, contribute to process improvement, and support portfolio health reviews.
  • Champion a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Required

  • 2–4 years of project management experience, preferably within IT.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Monday.com).
  • Working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, or other relevant certification.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and working with distributed/global teams.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and cybersecurity best practices.
  • Exposure to ITIL or service management principles.

Work Environment

  • Hybrid or remote options may be considered based on business need.
  • Occasional travel may be required.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours to meet project deadlines when needed.

The base salary range for this role is $76,100 to $114,200.  This base salary range represents the low and high end of the base salary range for this position. Actual base salary offered will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and performance.
