We’re looking for a Medical Scribe who can support our providers by capturing accurate, real-time documentation—so they can focus on what matters most: patient care.
The Details You Need to Know:
🕒 Full-Time Schedule:
Monday - Thursday: 11:00AM – 7:00PM
Friday: 11:00AM-5:00PM
How You’ll Make an Impact:
🖊️ Be the Provider’s Right Hand – Document patient visits in real-time, ensuring all medical notes are accurate, complete, and up to date.
📋 Keep Records Spot-On – Enter patient history, symptoms, exam findings, diagnoses, and treatment plans into the EMR with precision.
💬 Support Communication – Help streamline workflow by prepping notes and clarifying info for smooth care transitions.
🔍 Stay Focused – Pick up on key clinical details, organize information quickly, and keep pace with a busy patient schedule.
🤝 Be a Team Player – Work closely with providers and medical staff in a respectful, professional, and collaborative way.
What You Bring to the Team:
✔ High school diploma or GED (College coursework in healthcare or pre-med is a plus!).
✔ Strong typing and computer skills—accuracy and speed matter here.
✔ A solid understanding of medical terminology (especially in pediatrics) or a willingness to learn quickly.
✔ Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR); AthenaOne experience is a big bonus.
✔ Excellent listening, multitasking, and communication skills.
✔ Bilingual? Even better—Spanish speakers are highly valued!
The Physical Side of the Job:
You’ll spend much of your day on your feet or moving between exam rooms while working alongside providers. Expect a fast-paced environment that requires focus and flexibility.
