Job Description:
Job Summary:
We are seeking a communications professional to take on a pivotal role in shaping and executing internal communications for the HPE Financial Services business. This specialist-level position will be responsible for driving internal communications through various mechanisms and platforms, tailoring messaging to the HPEFS audience. Additionally, the role includes supporting executive communication for members of the HPE Financial Services leadership team, including executing 360 communications plans for key moments in time. The ideal candidate is a proficient communicator with a strong background in internal communications, excelling at creating engaging content, managing multiple projects, and collaborating effectively with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
Communication Strategy & Messaging
Develop, implement, and assess comprehensive communication strategies and programs to influence desired behaviors.
Understand the communication needs of various internal audiences (e.g., field, senior leaders, HR, first-line managers, all employees), crafting messages that are impactful and outcome-driven.
Develop and execute tailored communications that align with business strategy and resonate with key stakeholders.
Content Development & Editorial Excellence
Draft clear, concise, and compelling communications, demonstrating excellent English writing and editing skills.
Work closely with subject matter experts to gather and translate complex information into clear, consistent, and engaging content.
Executive & Event Communications
Plan, organize, and facilitate regular all-hands meetings for the HPE Financial Services team, including presentation development and leadership support with talking points.
Drive executive social media messaging by developing and curating content that highlights key initiatives, achievements, and news, in coordination with internal ambassadors and corporate teams.
Project & Program Management
Coordinate multiple communication initiatives simultaneously, maintaining strong organization, prioritization, and attention to detail.
Education and Experience Required:
BA or BS in Communications, Marketing or Business Administration.
5+ years of experience in employee communications, journalism or marketing.
Knowledge and Skills:
Excellent writing and editing skills.
Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
Organization and program management skills.
Ability to link communications plans and activities to business results.
Solid knowledge and understanding of employee communications methodologies, tools and vehicles.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior executives.
High level of professionalism and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Proficiency in using social media platforms.

If this is a sales role, then the listed salary range reflects combined base salary and target-level sales compensation pay.
