Hybrid Executive, Warehouse Operations (Kota Damansara) chez Anymind group

The successful candidate will be a crucial link in our supply chain, responsible for overseeing the entire order fulfillment process, from inventory management and warehousing to final customer delivery. You will play a key role in ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining optimal stock levels, and coordinating with various internal teams and external partners. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and a strong desire to improve processes to achieve outstanding results.

What You'll Do

• Manage the end-to-end order fulfillment process to ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers.
• Utilize the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to oversee inventory and manage supply chain operations.
• Ensure adequate inventory levels by collaborating with Operations and Marketing teams on stock forecasting, particularly for promotional periods.
• Collaborate with internal teams, 3PL providers, and shipping carriers to guarantee on-time delivery and efficient stock flow.
• Review current Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and KPIs, initiating improvements to enhance efficiency and performance.
• Maintain precise records and documentation for all stock movements and inventory levels.
• Uphold high standards of housekeeping and organization within the warehouse.

Who You Are

• Diploma or Degree Logistics or Warehouse or any business-related field
• Proven experience in an operations, logistics, or supply chain role.
• Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory management software.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to process improvement.
