As part of our Records Management Team an Associate will assist with scanning physical documents and uploading electronic documents while performing quality assurance.
What you will do:
You will be responsible for stamping and sorting incoming mail.
You’ll prepare and scan incoming physical documents using high speed scanners for underwriting.
You will be tasked with performing data entry for underwriting digital documents using Kofax.
You’ll promptly and efficiently respond to shared inbox email requests for insurance and underwriting documentation within the designated time frame.
You will perform research to identify where a document is stored and work with team and IT staff to find unavailable documents stored on the back end.
You’ll answer phone calls on a rotation from internal staff/members to fulfill requests (typically we get 10-15 calls per week, so not very phone heavy).
Completion of ad hoc tasks as assigned.
What you need:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software including Outlook, Word, and Excel required.
Familiarity with Enterprise Data Management software (such as Kofax Capture and Data Cap or similar indexing and archiving software preferred.
Intermediate knowledge of printing, copying, scanning; basic knowledge of databases a plus as well as typing and 10 key skill proficiency.
Ability to multitask and meet daily deadlines as set by management.
Adaptability/flexibility to switch gears if production focus shifts due to escalations or urgent Legal requests.
Ability to work independently, as well as building relationships with teammates and our internal customers.

The starting pay range for this position is:
$17.78 - $23.68Additionally, for full time positions, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.
