The opportunity
Robert Half is seeking a seasoned agency recruitment leader to helm one of our top-performing practices across Asia Pacific. Based in our Sydney CBD office, this high-profile leadership role offers the rare chance to directly influence the direction of our Accounting & Finance practice, while gaining exposure to regional leadership and global collaboration. What you'll lead and grow
In the role of Senior Manager or Associate Director, you will:

  • Lead and develop a team of five high-performing recruitment consultants in a collaborative, inclusive sales environment

  • Drive new business growth while expanding long-standing client partnerships

  • Coach, mentor, and develop your team through regular sales reviews, hands-on training, and strategic planning

  • Identify and act on cross-sell opportunities across our national offices (VIC, QLD, WA)

  • Build client-centric recruitment solutions with a consultative, data-driven approach

  • Maintain strong market presence by identifying trends, advising clients, and connecting with senior talent

  • Collaborate with regional leadership and contribute to APAC-wide initiatives

What you bring

  • Proven experience as a recruitment manager or team leader in a high-performing agency environment

  • A commercial mindset and natural ability to build and nurture client relationships

  • A passion for leading people, developing talent, and achieving ambitious outcomes

  • Prior experience in the Accounting & Finance space is ideal, but not essential

  • A desire to scale your career within a larger, international environment with structured development pathways
