We are looking to add a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to our team!
CORE RESPONSIBILITES:
Strategic Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Develop and oversee integrated digital marketing strategies that support business objectives, brand growth, and customer engagement
Act as the “general manager” within the marketing organization to ensure plans are developed cohesively and executed in close collaboration with key cross-functional stakeholders (analytics, social, creative, etc.) to optimize campaigns.
Lead the end-to-end execution of A/B testing across digital platforms
Plan and manage paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, programmatic ads) to drive traffic and conversions.
Building brand awareness – in collaboration with partners across the organization
Collaborate with the web team to ensure site performance, UX, and CRO (conversion rate optimization) are continuously improved
Lead digital efforts for customer acquisition and retention, optimizing campaigns for engagement, conversion, and loyalty Customer acquisition & retention
Oversee CRM (database, email and sms) and Lead the management and optimization of CRM systems (database, email, and SMS marketing) to drive personalized customer engagement.
Develop automation strategies to enhance lead nurturing and conversion rates.
Ensure social media marketing efforts align with overall digital strategy and engage target audiences effectively.
Oversee and optimize SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility.
Ability to lead a team overseeing SEO, social & paid media, and web
Report & provide insights and recommendation on performance analytics and results.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education & Experience:
5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in SEO, paid media, social media, CRM, and campaign planning & execution.
Demonstrated expertise managing email, SMS marketing campaigns and using customer data platforms and marketing automation tools to reach targeted customer segments with relevant and effective messaging. Marketo is preferred.
Demonstrated success advancing marketing strategy while also executing day-to-day work
Strong expertise in A/B testing, customer acquisition, and brand awareness strategies.
High proficiency with analytical platforms such as Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics
Familiarity with HTML/CSS and website content management systems (CMS) like Adobe
Experience in multi-location business marketing (e.g., franchises, service-based businesses like pet care or healthcare) preferred.
Skills:
Leadership experience with managing digital teams and agency partners.
Excellent verbal and communications skills
Ability to analyze detailed data, synthesize key points to make data-driven decisions
Strong analytical mindset with experience using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and CRM platforms.
Strong project management and organizational skills, including managing calendars/trackers, setting KPIs, and ensuring progress towards goals
Proven ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to enhance customer experience and marketing initiatives

LOCATION : Fully Remote
REPORTS TO: Director of Marketing
PAY: $90,000 - $115,000/ annually
