Job Description
About the Role
As the SVP, Sales - EMEA at Sprinklr, I lead a dynamic, results-driven team responsible for driving growth, fostering client partnerships, and enabling digital transformation for some of the most innovative companies across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. With a focus on leveraging Sprinklr’s industry-leading customer experience management (Unified-CXM) platform, I work closely with enterprise organizations to help them transform their customer engagement strategies, delivering measurable value through AI-powered solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Regional Leadership: Oversee the go-to-market strategy and execution for the EMEA region, managing sales operations, pipeline growth, and revenue generation.
Customer Success: Build trusted relationships with C-level executives, ensuring their success in driving innovation and operational efficiencies with Sprinklr’s solutions.
Team Development: Inspire and mentor a high-performing sales organization, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Strategic Partnerships: Drive growth through strategic alliances and partnerships with key stakeholders in the enterprise and digital transformation ecosystems.
Experience & Expertise
Sales Leadership: Proven track record of leading large-scale, high-growth sales organizations in the SaaS and enterprise technology sectors.
Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the EMEA market dynamics, customer challenges, and the unique opportunities for customer experience transformation in this region.
Client-Centric Approach: Passionate about helping organizations deliver exceptional customer experiences by aligning technology, strategy, and business outcomes.
Revenue Growth: Consistently delivered year-over-year revenue growth, exceeding targets and scaling teams to support market expansion.
