Job Responsibilities
- General Owner on profitable growth and results for strategic accounts aligned to the Industry-Region strategy and politics. Focus in North Territory.
- Drive and embody FLSmidth Culture through our core behaviors: Accountability, Agility, Collaboration, Customer Focus, Innovation, Operational Excellence.
- Develop a high-profile matrix Account Business team within our organization.
- Responsible for design, articulate and successful execution of the Short-Medium-Long Term Account Business Plan to ensure our profitable growth.
- Strengthen and expand good relationships with customer organization members on all organization levels.
- Communicate the customer goals, products-services requirements, and represent the clinet´s interrets in front of FLSmidth Organization to ensure client expectations are met.
- Develop strong understanding of customer organization, strategic objectives, operations and its commercial potential to ensure our value deliver-capture and profitable growth.
- Keeping updated and communicated the Account Business Plan-Profile with all the account strategical and commercial account information.
- Perform proactive detection and generation of new commercial opportunities for the complete FLSmidth offering.
- Levarage Full Lifecycle approach and our Productivity Provider N°1 strategy across the account on all business solutions.
- Ensure our strategic accounts are adequately served (full-informed, full-on-time and full-on-quality) by our organization.
- Other functions required for our Strategic Account Business growth.
What you bring
- Engineering, Business Administration or related technical careers.
- At least one and half year in successful strategic accounts management.
- Spanish (Fluent) and English (intermediate).
- Strategic thinking.
