JOB DESCRIPTION:

SUMMARY OF POSITION

Provide high-level administrative support, under general direction, by performing clerical functions such as managing calendars, preparing correspondence, handling information requests, and arranging meetings. Assist in processing staff evaluations. Participate in meetings and take minutes.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assists supervisors with assigned tasks, sets up meetings, travel arrangements, and maintains Outlook calendars.
  • Facilitates on-boarding and tracks staff development compliance. Coordinates peer and supervisee feedback for performance evaluations of staff/programs and prepares summaries for leaders.
  • Manages and provides office functions and support, including order supplies and process mail, calculate timesheets, track and schedule paid-time-off requests. Management of corporate card and approved purchases.
  • Performs data analysis and prepares reports, collects and summarizes statistical information pulled from Centerstone data base systems for monthly reporting. Coordinated peer reviews of client files and prepares performance improvement reports per program.
  • Coordinates internal and external program trainings as needed with VP and program managers.
  • Ability to manage schedules, files/data, project status, and other information as needed.
  • Work independently and in a team environment. 8. Documentation, meeting minutes, emails.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Effectively communicate via written, verbal, in person and virtual methods.
  • Demonstrates an understanding of audience needs.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to utilize technology to streamline processes and make recommendations for process improvements.
  • Understanding of timesheet allocation.

$46,000.00--$64,470.00
