Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Technical and technology skills
- Ability to lead the client conversation, understand the requirement and help create BRD
- Ability to design, implement, and QA 1st party tracking solutions via multiple Tag Management Systems including Google Tag Manager, Tealium iQ, and Adobe Launch.
- Ability to design, implement, and QA implementation of 3rd and 2nd party tracking via multiple Tag Management Systems including Google Tag Manager, Tealium iQ, and Adobe Launch.
- Ability to design, debug and implement enhanced eCommerce tracking via the data layer and within Google Tag Manager, Tealium iQ, and Adobe Launch.
- Familiarity with Javascript (Vue and React frameworks) in order to support the design of custom data layer JSON objects for Websites, applications and digital touchpoints.
- Familiarity with HTML and CSS to support DOM scraping based tracking and tagging.
Insight Generation
- Working with market leading brands you will be responsible for delivering insight and strategic outputs that improve performance
- In-depth analysis of web analytics data (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tealium IQ)
- Analysis of media campaigns using Ad server data and beyond.
- Understanding of attribution modelling and its impact upon media buying decisions
Data science and digital analytics
- Apply critical thinking and statistics to help solve business and customer issues, identifying opportunities and helping drive business outcomes.
- Use numerate and statistics to understand online behavior, applying critical thinking to strategy development for ideating changes for websites and digital media strategies.
- Support CRO and hypothesis generation in both the Google and Adobe technology stacks
Product Development
- Help develop and refine our insight proposition to clients to ensure we are delivering world-class services
The successful candidate will have the following skills:
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in lay language.
- Proficiency in developing detailed tag management solution designs.
- Extensive experience in deploying and developing tracking solutions (tags) in Launch, GTM and Tealium IQ.
- Good analytical skills ideally coupled with creative approaches to problem solving.
- The ability to perform detailed statistical tests and analysis.
- The ability to juggle several tasks at once and consistently deliver to high quality and to timescale
- The ability to build and maintain strong working relationships internally and externally
- Ability to ‘pick up and run’ with projects when necessary
- Extensive experience in using Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics to create reports
- Proven capability in analyzing offline (CRM) data and online data to develop actionable insights for the purposes of CRO and hypothesis generation.
- Excellent statistics skills, with the ability to derive insights and logical conclusions from a variety of data types.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, Google Bigquery, python and statistics.
