Job Title: Amazon Specialist

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Amazon Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in paid advertising strategies on the Amazon platform, possess a deep understanding of driving sales through organic methods, have excellent content writing skills, and a keen eye for design with meticulous attention to detail. Previous experience with Amazon.com is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Amazon Paid Advertising:
  • Develop and execute paid advertising campaigns on the Amazon platform to drive traffic and sales.
  • Utilize Amazon Advertising tools such as Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to continually improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Organic Sales Strategies:
  • Develop and implement organic sales strategies to increase visibility and drive sales on Amazon.
  • Optimize product listings, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, and images, to improve search rankings and conversion rates.
  • Stay updated on Amazon's algorithm changes and marketplace trends to adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Content Creation:
  • Write compelling and engaging product descriptions, bullet points, and other content to enhance product listings and attract customers.
  • Ensure all content is optimized for SEO and follows Amazon's guidelines and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials, including banners, images, and videos for Amazon listings.
  • Design and Visual Branding:
  • Design visually appealing product images, infographics, and enhanced brand content to differentiate our products and enhance brand presence on Amazon.
  • Ensure all design elements align with our brand guidelines and convey our brand's message effectively.
  • Continuously improve the visual presentation of our products to increase conversion rates and customer engagement.
  • Performance Analysis and Reporting:
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, conversion rates, click-through rates, and advertising spend.
  • Generate regular reports on campaign performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize strategies and achieve business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share insights and drive continuous improvement across all aspects of Amazon selling.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Minimum Experience Requirement: Candidates must have at least 4 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon paid advertising campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display.
  • Advanced Knowledge: Proficiency in utilizing Amazon Advertising platforms such as PPC (Pay-Per-Click), ACOS (Advertising Cost of Sales), keyword optimization, bid management, and campaign segmentation.
  • Track Record of Success: Demonstrated ability to achieve KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) such as improved ROI (Return on Investment), increased CTR (Click-Through Rate), enhanced conversion rates, and reduced ACoS (Advertising Cost of Sales).
  • Strategy Development: Experience in developing and implementing advanced advertising strategies, including campaign structure optimization, keyword research and targeting, ad copy testing, and bid optimization techniques.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in data analysis tools such as Amazon Advertising reports, Google Analytics, and Excel. Ability to interpret campaign metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven optimizations to maximize campaign performance.

In addition to above skills, these would be a plus,

  • In-depth knowledge of Amazon's advertising platform and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Amazon Advertising certification.
  • Experience working with Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS for creating enhanced brand content.
  • Familiarity with Amazon's A9 search algorithm and SEO best practices for Amazon listings.
