We’re hiring a Staff Product Manager to own and unify the roadmap for Telnyx’s Voice Platform — spanning WebRTC, Programmable Voice, SIP Trunking, and telephony infrastructure. This is a high-impact, net new role with visibility across the company, reporting directly into Product and working closely with Engineering, Sales, and Marketing.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and unify the voice platform roadmap across WebRTC, Programmable Voice, and SIP Trunking.
  • Overhaul developer-facing documentation, SDKs, and guides to improve clarity and onboarding for multi-product scenarios.
  • Define and execute the roadmap for internal and customer-facing troubleshooting tools (logs, dashboards, call flows).
  • Establish a support playbook to speed up resolution and reduce escalations.
  • Represent Telnyx in enterprise product reviews, guiding architecture and reliability conversations with credibility.
  • Define and track KPIs across the voice stack for quality, reliability, and developer experience.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong background in programmable voice: SIP, telephony infrastructure, WebRTC, call control APIs.
  • Experience working with enterprise customers and presenting technical roadmaps with confidence.
  • Background in developer experience product management — docs, SDKs, onboarding, and tooling.
  • Proven ability to build internal tooling strategies (dashboards, logs, diagnostics).
  • Hands-on comfort with APIs, SIP traces, and call flows; able to translate insights to both engineers and customers.
  • Decisive, opinionated, and able to set priorities in fast-moving environments.
