Job Description:
POSITION SUMMARY
As Project Coordinator on the Industrial Crane team, you will lead the administrative coordination side of projects, ensuring the smooth flow of project information, schedules and deliverables. You will oversee the day-to-day coordination of activities, track progress, and proactively address issues to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting both customer satisfaction and internal efficiency.
You will report directly to the Director of Operations, while collaborating closely with the Senior Project Manager and other operational teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as the primary liaison between Project Management, engineering, purchasing and other stakeholders
- Support the coordination of approval drawings between customers and engineering teams.
- Schedule project review calls, both internally and externally
- Maintain clear and consistent communication across teams to ensure timely updates and alignment on project requirements.
- Track and follow up on action items, ensuring timely completion and accountability.
- Support the development and maintenance of project schedules, updating milestones as needed.
- Coordinate site deliverables, logistics, and third-party service schedules to align with project timelines.
- Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and process improvements, leveraging technology and tools such as MS Excel, Power BI, and SAP add-ons.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
- High proficiency in MS Office and experience with ERP/project management tools (SAP preferred).
- Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- 3+ years coordinating projects in an industrial or construction setting
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to travel for training when necessary.
- 10% Travel required.
