Salary Range: $17.5 - $17.51 Per Hour
Job Summary: This position is located at Fort Gregg-Adams, VA within the Community Recreation Division - Battle Drive Pool. Major Duties:
Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: **The certifications and experience must be reflected on your resume and your certification uploaded at the time of application to be considered eligible for this position. Must hold current lifeguard certification. Must hold CPR and First Aid certification. Must have 12 months of experience in pool operation as a lifeguard with experience in swimming instruction and pool maintenance. Must be able to use sound judgment, accomplish tasks within established time frames, and possess good people skills requiring the ability to communicate in a clear, concise, and grammatically correct manner. Must have experience with office functions such as preparing and managing reports. NOTE: Within 6 months of hire must obtain a pool operator's license. A Lifeguard Instructor certificate is preferred.
