What you will bring
Technical/Industry Experience and Qualifications Requirements:
Typically 10+ years engineering experience, including 5-7 years of relevant project management and/or technical experience; Workshare experience; E, EP project experience.
- Project Delivery experience in refinery and chemical processes.
- Solid understanding of AWP and construction experience.
- Site experience or in-refinery experience is a plus.
- Computer proficiency required; Proficient with engineering software applications; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Be comfortable using MS Office, Teams, SharePoint & other collaboration tools.
- Demonstrated leadership skills & managed small to medium sized projects, be capable of technical stewardship on projects.
- Experience in change management, budgets, schedules, progress reporting, managing work scopes.
- Demonstrated skills at customer / stakeholder interactions is a must.
Education – Qualifications, Accreditation, Training:
Required:
- BS or MS in related field or applicable discipline, typically an engineering degree; or equivalent experience.
Preferred:
- Professional registration in local jurisdiction; Certified Project Management Professional by a globally recognized project management organization (IPMA, APM, PMI, AIPM).
