LV Petroleum is a leading operator in the fuel and convenience store industry, known for delivering high quality service and maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming environments for customers nationwide. We are seeking a strong and experienced Store Manager to lead operations.

What You Will Do

  • You will oversee all daily store operations including inventory management cash handling and store presentation ensuring a clean safe and well organized environment for customers and team members
  • You will lead recruit hire and train a high performing team while building a culture of accountability strong customer service and consistent execution You will coach and develop employees to maintain high standards and support long term success
  • You will focus on delivering an excellent customer experience by creating a welcoming environment addressing customer needs and resolving concerns professionally and efficiently
  • You will drive store performance by supporting sales growth implementing promotions and ensuring operational standards are consistently met to achieve business goals
  • You will manage reporting including sales performance inventory tracking and employee performance metrics to support operational decisions and leadership review
  • You will ensure full compliance with company policies and all local state and federal regulations including health safety and operational requirements

What We Are Looking For

  • Strong leadership experience in convenience store travel center or retail operations
  • Proven ability to manage teams and drive performance
  • Experience with inventory control cash management and store operations
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and make effective decisions
  • Experience with sales goals and operational reporting preferred

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop a team effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze financial statements and work with budgets.
  • Comfortable working with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to stand for long periods and traverse the store as needed.
  • Capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds when required.
  • Ability to operate cash registers and other store equipment effectively.
