ALBRICK (Real Estate Brokerage) is launching in Boston and we are currently looking for a Founding Market Partner to help lead and grow the market locally.
This is not a traditional managing broker role.
We are looking for a high level agent or broker who wants leadership level positioning, income upside, and influence within a rapidly growing brokerage — without becoming buried in day to day operations.
ALBRICK HQ handles: Operations Compliance systems Transaction coordination Marketing infrastructure Training systems Backend support
This role is focused on: Market presence Leadership visibility Supporting local growth High level agent guidance Helping establish ALBRICK within the Boston market
Compensation Structure: 90/10 company-generated business - Zillow referrals + Pre-approved referrals 90/10 self-generated business $10,000 annual cap on self-generated company dollar
