Your role and responsibilities

As an Application Developer - Order Management, you will develop, enhance, and maintain robust Order Management System (OMS) applications that support the full lifecycle of order processing. You will work closely with architects, business analysts, QA engineers, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality, performant, and secure order management capabilities. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Implement Order Workflows: Design and implement order workflows that enable real-time order orchestration, inventory visibility, and seamless integration across commerce, logistics, and customer service platforms. • Integrate with ERP, WMS, and CRM Systems: Develop scalable and resilient integrations with ERP, WMS, and CRM systems to support omnichannel commerce strategies. • Ensure Compliance and Security: Ensure compliance with SLAs, payment security, and data integrity, and troubleshoot complex order scenarios to optimize performance. • Optimize Performance: Optimize application performance and enable extensibility through microservices and event-driven patterns. • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with architects, business analysts, QA engineers, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality order management capabilities.

Required technical and professional expertise

• Hands-on Experience with OMS Platforms: Exposure to developing and maintaining robust Order Management System (OMS) applications that support the full lifecycle of order processing. • Backend Service Development: Experience working with backend service development, including API integration and microservices architecture. • ERP, WMS, and CRM Integration: Exposure to integrating with ERP, WMS, and CRM systems to support omnichannel commerce strategies. • Troubleshooting Complex Order Scenarios: Experience working with complex order scenarios, optimizing performance, and ensuring compliance with SLAs, payment security, and data integrity. • API Integration and Microservices: Exposure to API integration and microservices architecture to enable real-time order orchestration and inventory visibility.

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Event-Driven Patterns Knowledge: Exposure to designing and implementing event-driven patterns to enable real-time order orchestration and inventory visibility. • Microservices Architecture Experience: Experience working with microservices architecture to support scalable and resilient integrations with ERP, WMS, and CRM systems. • Omnichannel Commerce Strategies: Exposure to developing solutions that support omnichannel commerce strategies such as BOPIS, ship-from-store, and cross-border fulfillment.
