  • You’ll handle the office budget and invoicing, ensuring cost-effectiveness while keeping us stocked with everything we need.

  • You’ll collaborate with HR to plan onboarding for new birds and organize team-building activities that bring us all together.

  • You’ll work with our Finance team to manage the annual corporate tax credit process and build relations with local agencies.

  • Experience and skills we are looking for:

  • You have a solid background in office or facility management and feel comfortable overseeing outsourced services.

  • You have experience working in Spain and understand the relevant local legislation and safety regulations.

  • You’re an enthusiastic event planner who loves organizing gatherings that help a team connect.

  • You understand budgeting and basic financial processes, allowing you to manage studio expenditures responsibly.

  • You’re fluent in Spanish and have professional English skills, which helps you collaborate with our global teams.

  • You’re self-directed, able to prioritize a variety of tasks, enjoy making decisions and finding creative solutions to daily challenges.
