As we expand our B2B Fintech solutions offering, we’re looking for a Solutions Engineer (also known as a Solutions Consultant) to bridge the gap between product capabilities and customer needs — someone who can translate business challenges into impactful, customized solutions.
The Solutions Engineer is the technical and consultative partner to the Account Executive during the sales process. You will act as the bridge between our clients, sales, and product, guiding prospects through discovery, crafting tailored demonstrations, and ensuring technical and business alignment. Your expertise will help customers see not just what Jeeves can do, but how it solves their unique financial and operational challenges.
Location: This role is based out of São Paulo, Brazil, and is a full-time position where it is required to come into our office at complexo JK Iguatemi (2-3 days/week). #LI-Hybrid
What You’ll Do:
Discovery & Solution Design: Lead deep-dive discovery sessions with prospects to uncover business processes, pain points, and goals. Map customer workflows, KPIs, and existing systems (ERPs, AP/AR, etc.). Translate findings into tailored Jeeves solutions that drive value and meaningful business outcomes. Scope out implementation requirements.
Product Demonstrations: Deliver customized product demos for multiple personas — from CFOs and Controllers to Operations and Finance teams. Highlight business value, not just features, demonstrating ROI and process transformation.
Technical & Business Fit: Partner with prospects to evaluate integration, scalability, and data flow needs. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to represent client requirements clearly. Serve as the technical authority during the sales cycle, ensuring accurate expectations and smooth handoffs to post-sales.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Account Executives on strategy and deal execution. Collaborate with Key Account Managers (KAMs) for upsells and cross-sells within existing enterprise accounts. Communicate customer feedback and product insights to internal teams to inform roadmap decisions.
Implementation Scoping (Pre-Sales): While not responsible for implementation, you will scope out the requirements for solution rollouts, ensuring that configurations are feasible, efficient, and aligned with customer goals.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: 3 years of experience in a Solutions Engineer / Consultant role within a SaaS financial technology or ERP-related company (e.g., Bill.com, Concur, Toptal, Salesforce, Oracle, or similar).
Fintech Expert: Strong understanding of financial systems and processes — ideally with a finance or accounting background.
Familiarity with SaaS solution selling, including conducting technical discovery and delivering customized demos.
Experience engaging with enterprise clients and navigating complex deal cycles.
Deep understanding of ERP or financial software workflows (AP/AR, expense management, GL structures, month-end close).
Ability to translate business needs into product solutions — both technically and strategically.
Clear and confident communicator across technical and non-technical audiences.
English fluency required; additional Spanish or Portuguese a plus.
Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, startup environment.
