This role

The Legal & Compliance Analyst is responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting the business in legal and risk-related decisions daily. We are looking for someone who can quickly understand problems, prioritize what truly matters, and translate legal requirements into practical solutions, operating with autonomy and strong ownership. This role requires going beyond theory — someone who can connect regulation to real business context and contribute directly to business decisions and processes.

Key responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations (e.g., LGPD, Bacen, GDPR), translating legal requirements into practical actions and guiding internal teams.

  • Support the business in day-to-day legal decisions, providing clear, objective, and actionable analysis.

  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents, ensuring proper legal protection and alignment with internal policies.

  • Identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks through audits, risk assessments, and impact analyses.

  • Support or lead compliance and data privacy incident response, coordinating actions and ensuring proper stakeholder communication.

  • Contribute to process improvement and strengthen compliance culture through policies, training, and structural enhancements.

  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law.

  • Solid experience in Legal, Compliance, or related fields.

  • Mandatory prior experience in Compliance, with hands-on exposure to regulatory matters.

  • Solid experience with LGPD and data privacy (implementation, analysis, or governance).

  • Experience working in dynamic environments with cross-functional teams (product, operations, tech, etc.).

  • Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary and international teams.

  • Ability to structure analysis and translate legal requirements into practical business decisions.

  • Advanced English (professional reading and communication).
