We are looking for a motivated Master's student to join our GTM Systems' team for an end-of-study internship. You will support the optimization of our business processes and contribute to improving data quality and system integrations across Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success.
This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience with GTM technologies, business process analysis, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify gaps in the GTM Systems team's internal processes and workflows, and propose actionable solutions to improve team productivity and efficiency.
Explore opportunities for leveraging AI-powered automations, Slack Workflow Builder, and other low-code solutions (Salesforce Flows, Hubsport Workflows, etc.)
Contribute to the management of Jira tickets related to system troubleshooting and bug resolution, ensuring issues are properly tracked, documented, and followed up on in a timely manner.
Support the GTM Systems team with cross-functional initiatives that involve designing and implementing solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
Help document business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications for system enhancements.
Work closely with IT and Engineering teams to understand platform integrations across business units.
Research industry trends and emerging technologies to contribute ideas for improving the GTM tech stack.
What We're Looking For:
Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Engineering, or a related technical or business field.
A first experience (internship, academic project, or personal project) involving data analysis, business processes, or system tools is a plus.
Familiarity with B2B SaaS business model and Sales, Marketing processes.
Curiosity and eagerness to learn CRM and automation tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
Demonstrated interest in AI tools and their practical applications, whether through personal projects, coursework, or day-to-day use, and with an appetite for leveraging AI to streamline workflows and improve system operations.
Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a collaborative, Agile team environment.
Business proficiency in English is required, and French is a plus as the role may involve collaboration with stakeholders across different regions.
Nice to Have:
Some exposure to GTM or sales engagement tools (Salesforce, Hubspot, ZoomInfo, Lusha, Gong, etc.).
Basic knowledge of reporting/BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) or introductory SQL skills.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira.
Basic exposure to scripting or development languages such as Apex, JavaScript, or TypeScript
