Your role and responsibilities

VTC Analyst supports the procurement, design, integration, testing, and installation of Video Teleconferencing (VTC) systems in both classified and unclassified spaces. This role requires a strong technical background, particularly in VTC system architecture, as well as effective project management and communication skills:

Key Responsibilities:

• VTC system design & integration

• Secure network configuration and implementation

• Control systems, unified conferencing, and immersive technologies

• System testing, troubleshooting, and final system verification

• Technical documentation, system drawings, and compliance with security standards

• Strong project management, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder communication

Required technical and professional expertise

• VTC system design & integration (5 years)

• Secure network configuration and implementation (5 years)

• Control systems, unified conferencing, and immersive technologies (5 years)

• System testing, troubleshooting, and final system verification (3 years)

• Technical documentation, system drawings, and compliance with security standards (3 years)

• Strong project management, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder communication

• Must hold and be able to maintain TS/SCI clearance

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Applied Telecom Knowledge: Experience with telecom network fundamentals, including software-defined networking and network function virtualization (NFV), to deliver high-quality solutions.

• Consulting and Design: Experience in performing consulting services, gathering requirements, and creating high-level and low-level designs (HLD/LLD) for solutions involving ALM, ASM, and virtual network functions.

• OSS System Integration: Experience integrating ALM, ASM, and NOI with other OSS systems, depending on the solution scope, to ensure seamless solution delivery.
