Your role and responsibilities
As a SAP Concur Consulting SME, you will provide support to Federal Government customers in a teamed environment, fielding requests and troubleshooting reported conditions. You will support report requests within the system leveraging knowledge of the Travel and Expense product and industry standards.
Required technical and professional expertise

At least 3 years of experience in Concur Travel & Expense implementation

At least 3 years of hands-on experience in report creation in Concur Travel and Expenses including operational and analytical reports

In-depth knowledge of Concur configuration including travel booking, expense and reporting

Experience in ServiceNow ticket management helpdesk support

Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards

Must be able to obtain Public Trust
Preferred technical and professional experience
• Experience with E-Gov Travel Service (ETS) system
• Certified in Concur Expense
• In-depth knowledge of Federal Travel Regulation FTR
• Strong communication skill
