As part of its strategic expansion into the United States, the company is establishing a new Sales and Operations Center in Kansas City, Missouri, and is seeking a driven Sales Representative to lead this exciting new venture.
This is a full-time W-2, direct-hire role with growth opportunities!
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred, not required)
2–5 years of sales or customer-facing experience (inside sales, retail sales, B2B sales, or similar)
Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with customers by phone and email
High energy, competitive mindset, and desire to close business
Coachable, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a growing, fast-moving environment
Basic proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience is a plus
Ability to work on-site in Kansas City, MO
Valid work authorization in the United States
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel domestically as needed
Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with customers across the U.S. market
Learn and execute sales outreach strategies under the guidance of leadership
Identify new sales opportunities through prospecting, follow-ups, and customer outreach
Support order processing and coordinate shipments with the warehouse team
Assist with inventory tracking and delivery coordination
Provide customers with product information and basic technical guidance
Track sales activity and assist with reporting and performance updates
Address customer questions and concerns promptly and professionally
Collaborate with warehouse and head office teams to ensure smooth operations
Participate in trade shows, customer visits, and industry events as needed
Continuously develop product knowledge and market awareness to better serve customers
Take on additional responsibilities as the U.S. operation grows
