Role Overview
We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator with 1–3 years of hands-on experience to support, maintain, and enhance our Salesforce platform. This role partners closely with business stakeholders to improve processes, ensure data quality, and deliver reporting and automation that enable data-driven decisions.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working independently, comfortable working with end users, and passionate about optimizing Salesforce to support sales and operational teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and configure Salesforce to meet business requirements
Create and maintain: Custom objects, fields, record types, and page layouts, Validation rules, flows, approval processes, and automation
Manage user setup, profiles, permission sets, roles, and access controls
Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support business insights
Support data management including imports, updates, deduplication, and data quality
Troubleshoot user issues and provide day-to-day Salesforce support
Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend solutions
Support integrations with third-party tools (as applicable)
Assist with sandbox management, testing, and deployments
Document configurations, processes, and best practices
Stay current on Salesforce releases and recommend new features
Required Qualifications:
1–3 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience
