Role Overview
We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator with 1–3 years of hands-on experience to support, maintain, and enhance our Salesforce platform. This role partners closely with business stakeholders to improve processes, ensure data quality, and deliver reporting and automation that enable data-driven decisions.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working independently, comfortable working with end users, and passionate about optimizing Salesforce to support sales and operational teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and configure Salesforce to meet business requirements
  • Create and maintain: Custom objects, fields, record types, and page layouts, Validation rules, flows, approval processes, and automation
  • Manage user setup, profiles, permission sets, roles, and access controls
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support business insights
  • Support data management including imports, updates, deduplication, and data quality
  • Troubleshoot user issues and provide day-to-day Salesforce support
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend solutions
  • Support integrations with third-party tools (as applicable)
  • Assist with sandbox management, testing, and deployments
  • Document configurations, processes, and best practices
  • Stay current on Salesforce releases and recommend new features
Required Qualifications:
  • 1–3 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) Required
  • Platform App Builder (Preferred)
  • Strong understanding of: Salesforce data model, Security model (profiles, permission sets, sharing), Reports and dashboards, Flow Builder.
  • Experience supporting business users in Sales Cloud
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize effectively
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience
  • Familiarity with AppExchange products and basic integrations
  • Experience with change management and release processes
  • Exposure to tools such as Data Loader and Flow
