The Marketing Business Partner is responsible for driving organic growth across a designated region of practices. This role is heavily data-driven, requiring a strategic mindset to analyze performance metrics, proactively identify opportunities for growth, and build strategic growth plans for the districts and practices within their region(s). While maintaining essential vendor coordination and management of assigned projects, the primary focus is on strategic planning and regional oversight to drive business growth. While this role will have significant support from leadership, they should be able to proactively and independently perform and execute their responsibilities with minimal daily supervision.
- Data Analysis & Strategic Insight:
- Analyze current practice performance metrics, identify, and prioritize growth opportunities based upon practice performance and operational considerations
- Utilize a wide range of patient data, including demographics, behavior and engagement, tapestry profiles, geolocation, transactional and product history, and more to proactively define and target customer profiles and optimize local marketing strategies.
- Leverage practice performance, market, macro- and micro-economic, competitive, and third-party demographic data to assess market share and competitive positioning.
- Growth Planning:
