Join our Customer Service team supporting our Masterplanned Residential Sales team in a Customer Service Specialist Online role. Due to a recent internal promotion, we have a great opportunity for someone to come in and play a pivotal role, utilising  your customer service, sales support and administration skills. 

 

What will your role do?

 

You’ll be the friendly voice and help prospective customers with their decision-making process and progression towards a new home, supporting new sales enquiries and playing a key role in our Customers Journey, with the use of phone and digital communication channels to engage with customers.

 

This permanent, full-time role, 8.30am – 5pm, is split between working from our Brisbane CBD based Head Office and one of our project development sites, closet to your home location where possible, there is also some flexibility to work from home.  A rotating roster, you will be required to work a 5-day roster, including a Saturday or Sunday, per month, with substitute non-work day during the week.

 

About you

 

  • A strong customer focus that drives you and a genuine interest in driving sales.  You understand delivering outstanding customer service and being a customer advocate
  • Experience managing all incoming online enquiries (via telephone, website, social media and live chat)
  • Preferably have worked in a phone based customer centric role (with a focus on property ideal but not essential).  Within a sales and service environment, such as inbound sales or customer service contact centre would be advantageous
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to deal with a wide audience of people
  • Great with technology and can pick up new systems – Salesforce is a plus but other platforms are welcome too
  • Current drivers licence and own reliable vehicle
