What You'll Be Doing
Returns Inspections
- Support the return inspection process by identifying, documenting, and escalating product issues
- Inspect defective return items and share findings with the team and Department Manager to assist in claim resolution
Stock Inspections
- Conduct inbound stock inspections using the Quality Assurance Vendor Stock and Item Ranking System
- Collaborate with QA Inspectors to ensure outbound and digital orders are inspected and documented according to standards
- Complete tracking documents and inspection forms with accuracy, raising concerns to the Department Manager as needed
- Perform Customer Experience inspection requests with clear communication and timely follow-through
Mastery Library
- Maintain the Masters Library by ensuring all master samples are accurately stored, updated, and accessible
- Assist in integrating new collections into the library and ensure timely updates for inspection reference
Leadership
- Commit to excellence in your role while helping others uphold high standards of quality and safety
- Model Phillip Jeffries values and foster a positive, accountable team culture
- Ask insightful questions that drive improvements in inspection methods and collaborative problem-solving
- Identify and communicate opportunities to enhance inspection processes that protect client satisfaction and brand integrity
- Mentor peers on quality procedures and support new team members in understanding inspection expectations
- Conduct daily team check-ins and share updates that align with SLAs and safety protocols
- Monitor daily team KPIs to ensure accurate tracking and reporting
- Reinforce compliance with quality standards through example and peer collaboration
- Proactively flag quality risks and assist the team in resolving them thoroughly and efficiently
- Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing lessons learned and helping train the team to prevent future errors
What You Bring to the Table
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on warehouse experience
- Proven ability to multitask and adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Demonstrates initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Comfortable using basic computer applications and systems
- Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
- Embraces continuous learning and growth mindset
- Forklift certification or experience is an asset
- Familiarity with NAV, CRM, WMS, and UPS WorldShip is a plus
