What You'll Do
Epic Games is looking for a Director, Lifecycle Marketing to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of player engagement systems and marketing technology roadmaps across all of Epic’s 1st party games. You’ll oversee a multidisciplinary team spanning Lifecycle Strategy, Activation, and Operations to drive scalable, data-driven programs that enhance player acquisition, engagement, and retention globally.
In this role, you will
- Drive the product vision for Epic’s Lifecycle Marketing ecosystem, including lifecycle capabilities to cross-channel player communications and conversion optimization
- Lead a team of Growth professionals focused on experimentation, optimization, and full-funnel performance across our channels
- Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Data Science, and the wider Marketing Team to design, build, and launch features that expand player engagement and revenue
- Partner with Leadership and Cross Functional Partners on the Marketing Technology strategy and roadmap, ensuring that tools, systems, and data integrations enable scalable automation, personalization, and real-time decision making and insights
- Develop player journey frameworks that unify Lifecycle surfaces to provide a personalized experience for our players
- Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks to evaluate campaign performance, optimize spend efficiency, and identify new growth opportunities
What we're looking for
- 10+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, product management, or growth marketing, ideally within gaming, entertainment, fast-moving consumer tech
- Proven track record building or scaling growth platforms (CRM, marketing automation, analytics, experimentation) that drive measurable user engagement
- Deep understanding of player lifecycle, retention, and performance optimization across owned and paid channels
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-disciplinary teams and manage complex initiatives from strategy through execution
- Passion for games, technology, and building systems that create meaningful consumer/player experiences
This role is open to multiple locations across the US (including CA).

The expected annual base pay range(s) for this position are detailed below. Each base pay range is relevant only for individuals who are residents of or will be expected to work within the specified locale. Compensation varies based on a variety of factors, which include (but aren’t limited to) things such as skills and competencies, qualifications, knowledge, and experience. In addition to base pay, most employees are eligible to participate in Epic’s generous benefit plans and discretionary incentive programs (subject to the terms of those plans or programs).
