In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to Aeronautics leadership, aligning people strategies with business objectives and helping teams deliver breakthrough results. You will influence key decisions, drive organizational effectiveness, and foster a culture of agility and accountability across the ADP organization.
What You Will Be Doing:
As a strategic partner to our leaders, you will enable business success through forward-thinking human resources solutions. Key responsibilities include:
- Design and execute workforce strategies that address talent gaps and support future capability needs.
- Collaborate with Human Resources Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated programs that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Champion talent development and retention, serving as a primary advocate for people-focused initiatives.
- Foster collaboration within HR and across the enterprise to ensure cohesive service delivery and shared learning.
- Leverage data and analytics to create adaptable, efficient, and results-driven people strategies.
- Translate business needs into actionable HR initiatives that strengthen performance and organizational alignment.
- Advise leadership on workforce planning, employee engagement, and organizational design strategies.

Basic Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Human Resources Business Partner or in HR functional areas such as Total Rewards, Performance Management, Staffing, Talent Management, or Organizational Development.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
