Natomas Unified School District is seeking a highly skilled and dynamic individual to serve as the Assistant Principal for American Lakes School, a TK-8 school, to start this current school year.
American Lakes School (ALS) is an International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme, dedicated to providing a safe, inclusive, and culturally responsive environment. ALS plays a central role in closing the educational achievement gaps with scholars while motivating them to take action and ownership of their learning as they develop the skills necessary to compete in a globally minded society.

Required Documents
Experience and Training Guidelines: Any combination of experience and training that would likely provide the required knowledge and abilities could qualify someone for this position. A typical way to obtain the knowledge and abilities would be:
Experience: Five years of responsible teaching experience is required.
Training: Equivalent to a Master’s degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in education, education administration, social work, counseling or a related field is desired.
License or Certificate: Possession of an Administrative Credential issued by the State of California or enrollment in an administrative program.

$113,243 - $131,281 (annually depending on experience)
