The Position: Senior Executive, Hospital Services

Employment Status: Full-Time, Exempt

Hours per Two-Week Pay Period: 80

Essential Job Functions

• Provides strategic and operational leadership for multiple hospital-based departments, including Rehabilitation, Respiratory Therapy, Imaging, Pharmacy, Acute Care Social Services, and Laboratory Services.
• Drives alignment of departmental goals with Sidney Health Center�s mission and strategic plan through effective budgeting, staffing, performance improvement, and regulatory compliance.
• Fosters a culture of excellence by collaborating with medical staff and leaders to enhance quality, patient satisfaction, and professional growth across all service lines.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in hospital operations or related healthcare service lines.
• Demonstrated success in managing multiple departments or service areas.

Education

• Bachelor�s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related Healthcare field required.
• Master�s degree preferred (MHA, MBA, MSN, or related discipline).

Certifications and Licenses

• Healthcare-related professional certification preferred (e.g., FACHE, ASHP, APTA leadership credential).
• Registered Nurse License
