The Event Staff Supervisor performs a variety of tasks to ensure smooth parking operations during an event, while delivering service that exceeds our customer/client’s expectations. Depending on the needs of the specific event, the Event Staff Lead is responsible for greeting and assisting guests, 
directing traffic (flagging), and maintaining a safe environment, as well as providing leadership to other Event Staff and overall support to the Event Manager. The Event Staff Lead works closely with fellow team members, Event Manager, and/or Shift Supervisor to ensure that customer service
as well as safety standards are met at all times.

  1. Driver's License Required
  2. Working conditions: Indoor/Outdoor
  3. Revenue and Ticket Reconciliation 
  4. Meet and greet all guests upon arrival; open guest vehicle doors, assist with unloading vehicle when necessary.
  5. Retrieve keys from guest; issue ticket to guest or enter customer information using electronic device.
  6. Park guest car in appropriate space, ensure safe and appropriate operation of guest vehicles.
  7. Inspect vehicle for preexisting damage record information using electronic device or manual ticket; correctly record the make, model and exact location of each vehicle.
  8. Provide excellent customer service to guests; respond to guest inquiries in a courteous manner.
  9. Immediately report any incidents or claims to Operations Manager or Shift Lead.
  10. Request and collect relevant fees for use of service.
  11. Assist in reconciling end of shift revenue against the ticket distribution, when necessary.
  12. Communicate professionally at all times with guests, client, and teammates.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to verbally communicate with guests
