Our team is responsible for:

  • Seeking solutions that meet the need of the business which result in process efficiency, provide business change flexibility, and increase Multifamily’s ability to manage and leverage data

  • Executing business requirements and user story creation, user acceptance testing and integration activities across projects and applications

  • Prioritizing requirements and create conceptual prototypes and mock-ups

  • Helping Chief Product Owners and Product Owners draft business case and use case documentation

  • Tracking and managing product and solution performance measurements such as Key Performance Indicators

  • Collaborating with management and business operations unit to comprehend and document decision support needs

  • Mining and analyzing data from company databases to drive optimization and improvement of product development, marketing techniques and business strategies

  • Implementing advanced strategies for gathering, reviewing and analyzing data requirements

  • Developing custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets

Your Impact:

In this role, you will be an integral part of a dynamic team focused on Multifamily Digital Transformation.  Responsibilities include:

  • Direct support of a multifamily Digital Capability scrum team

  • Facilitating knowledge gathering sessions with business stakeholders to analyze their needs and document key requirements

  • Developing user stories with appropriate acceptance criteria and communicating with developers effectively

  • Identifying risks and dependencies that effect release scope, schedule, and quality

  • Understanding and developing Modern Delivery agile knowledge and skills that can be used in the day-to-day work environment, specifically within digital transformation teams

  • Partnering with stakeholders across the Multifamily organization to assist in the delivery of our new digital capabilities, specifically in process redesign, legacy application integration and retirement, and product release readiness

  • Developing deep Multifamily business knowledge to discover ways to improve team processes and communicate efficiencies effectively amongst the business and technology departments.

  • Providing constructive support to Product Owners and IT Teams to help drive product-related decision and improvements

  • Participating in and, in some cases, leading/facilitating team daily stand ups, defect calls, SME sessions, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective with applicable teams to discuss release scope, risks, issues, and recommend solutions

  • Assisting in releasing support expectations ensuring all applicable groups are engaged in release planning and execution

  • Mentoring junior Product Analysts in Modern Delivery processes and provide effective feedback to further team production

Qualifications:

  • College degree or equivalent, preferred

  • 2 - 4 years related experience working in agile environments

  • Strong business judgement and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate business features

  • Excellent communication skills, with ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non technical audience

  • Must present strong organization skills and pay close attention to detail

  • Strong time management skills; ability to operate independently with minimal guidance

  • Very high level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others, motivate employees, and elicit work output in a team environment

  • Experience in the primary or secondary mortgage market highly desirable

  • Availability for occasional work beyond core business hours or weekends as needed

  • Knowledge of Jira, preferred

  • Experience using Microsoft Office products (Excel, Power Point, Visio, Teams)

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $78,000 - $118,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
